Job summary

Jain International Trade Organisation - India is seeking an Inventory & MIS Executive in Jaipur to support the Senior Manager with daily inventory, MIS, and ecommerce backend activities. The role is ideal for candidates with strong Excel skills aiming to build a career in retail operations.

Based onsite in Jaipur, you will perform stock audits, reconcile records, and generate routine reports. You will also handle IT support for basic issues and collaborates with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).
• Strong Excel skills demonstrated in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic physical stock audits at the Jaipur store and reconcile with system records, with occasional visits to outstation stores.
• Reconcile Inventory records including stock transfers, pending approvals, job work, and Inventory transactions using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Provide first-level checks for basic IT issues (desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV) and coordinate with vendors for anything beyond that.
• Handle e-commerce backend tasks — Claims, returns/order reconciliation, and inventory updates.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports (stock, sales, reconciliation) using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Operate and provide support on the Inventory management software to the End-Users.
