Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic physical stock audits at the Jaipur store and reconcile with system records, with occasional visits to outstation stores.
• Reconcile inventory records including stock transfers, pending approvals, job work, and inventory transactions using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Provide first-level checks for basic IT issues and coordinate with vendors for anything beyond that.
• Handle e-commerce backend tasks — claims, returns/order reconciliation, and inventory updates.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports (stock, sales, reconciliation) using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Operate and provide support on the inventory management software to end-users.
