Job summary

KS Bakers is seeking an experienced Inventory/Storekeeper in Hyderabad to maintain real-time stock records across factory, warehouse, and outlets. You will monitor stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and manage goods receiving and dispatch with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires familiarity with ERP/inventory software, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with Purchase, Production and Outlet Managers to optimize stock flow and minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce/Business or related field (B.Com/BBA preferred).
  • 1-3 years in inventory/storekeeping roles, preferably in food/retail sector.
  • Knowledge of FMCG or food industry inventory practices.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain real-time inventory records using inventory software across factory, warehouse and outlets.
  • Monitor daily stock levels and reconcile physical stock with system stock.
  • Verify received goods against purchase orders and ensure timely dispatch to outlets.
  • Generate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and issue slips accurately.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly stock audits and prepare variance reports.
  • Share daily/weekly inventory reports with management.
  • Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Outlet Managers to manage stock flow.
  • Identify and report slow-moving, expired, or damaged stock; monitor wastage and pilferage trends.
  • Use ERP/inventory management system and follow SOPs for stock movement, documentation and data entry.
