Job summary

Idam Natural Wellness is seeking an Executive Inventory to manage day-to-day warehouse inventory operations, maintain accurate records and oversee stock movements. The role requires strong Excel skills, cycle counting experience, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

The candidate will conduct regular stock counts, resolve discrepancies, and support audits while ensuring proper FIFO/FEFO practices and efficient warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in stock reconciliation and cycle counting.
• Strong MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic MIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day inventory operations at the warehouse.
• Maintain records of inward, outward, transfer, and return inventory.
• Ensure GRN, stock transfer, picking, put-away, and dispatch processes.
• Conduct physical stock counts / cycle counts and reconcile with the system.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, shortages, excess stock, damages and mismatches.
• Track SKU-wise inventory and monitor ageing, slow-moving, and damaged stock.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, SCM, and Finance teams on inventory issues.
• Maintain daily inventory reports, MIS and stock reconciliation reports.
• Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices where applicable.
• Support monthly stock audits and inventory reconciliation.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive Inventory to manage day-to-day inventory operations at the warehouse. The role will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring stock movement, conducting physical stock counts, resolving inventory discrepancies, and ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse, operations, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day inventory operations at the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, transfer, and return inventory.
• Ensure proper GRN, stock transfer, picking, put-away, and dispatch processes.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts / cycle counts and reconcile the same with system inventory.
• Identify and investigate stock discrepancies, shortages, excess stock, damages, and mismatches.
• Ensure proper SKU-wise inventory tracking and storage.
• Monitor inventory ageing, slow-moving, non-moving, and damaged stock.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, SCM, and Finance teams for inventory-related issues.
• Maintain and update daily inventory reports, MIS, and stock reconciliation reports.
• Ensure proper FIFO / FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Support monthly stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper documentation and system updates for all inventory movements.
• Monitor RTO / returns inventory and ensure timely reconciliation and disposition.
• Support warehouse teams in maintaining proper bin locations and inventory organization.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with defined SOPs, inventory controls, and warehouse processes.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations.
• Good understanding of stock reconciliation and cycle counting.
• Strong MS Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, basic MIS.
• Experience working on WMS / ERP / Inventory Management systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from E-commerce, D2C, FMCG, Retail, 3PL, Quick Commerce, or Warehouse Operations will be preferred.
