Job summary

Gamlaa is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage warehouse data, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and reporting at our Pune FF location. The role involves maintaining stock records, preparing MIS reports, and coordinating inward, storage, production, and dispatch teams.

Responsibilities include MIS reporting, inventory audits, ERP data management, and ensuring accurate documentation of inward/outward movements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in MIS / Warehouse Inventory role.
• Experience in plant/nursery/warehouse industry preferred.
• B.Com / BBA / Graduate in relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Experience with ERP/Inventory software beneficial.

Responsibilities

• MIS & Reporting: prepare daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports and data tracking.
• Inventory Control: maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular reconciliations.
• Warehouse Coordination: coordinate with inward, storage, dispatch and production teams.
• System & Documentation: maintain ERP/Excel-based inventory records and master data.

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage warehouse data, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and reporting activities at our Pune FF location. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between inward, storage, production (repotting), and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Track inward, GRN, production (repotting), and dispatch data.
• Provide data analysis for decision-making.

2. Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate physical vs system stock records.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
• Monitor slow-moving, dead, and fast-moving inventory.
• Identify stock discrepancies and coordinate resolution.
• Maintain FIFO compliance where applicable.

3. Warehouse Coordination

• Coordinate with inward, storage, and dispatch teams.
• Ensure proper GRN entries and documentation.
• Support production planning (repotting for sales).

4. System & Documentation

• Maintain ERP/Excel-based inventory records.
• Ensure proper documentation of inward/outward.
• Maintain vendor and SKU master data.
• Support process implementation (5-way policy if applicable).

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Knowledge of warehouse inventory processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle pressure and deadlines.

Experience:

• 2-5 years in MIS / Warehouse Inventory role.
