PREPCA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern in Pune who wants to learn the fundamentals of recruitment and understand how hiring impacts business growth. This full-time role will allow you to source candidates, conduct screening calls, and manage recruitment data.

Successful candidates may be eligible for a Pre-Placement Offer of up to ₹4.80 LPA based on their performance during the 6-month internship. Strong communication skills and a bachelor's degree are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job platforms
• Conducting HR screening calls and evaluating candidate intent
• Hiring for performance‑driven roles, especially sales positions
• Building and managing a strong candidate pipeline
• Handling follow‑ups with notice‑period candidates
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and structured hiring data

At PREPCA, hiring is structured and continuous. Recruitment is proactive, not last‑minute. You will learn how to build strong pipelines, manage experienced candidates serving notice periods, and align hiring with business growth plans.

Growth Opportunity
