IOPEX Technologies invites applications for an International Voice Technical Support role in Chennai. The position requires excellent English verbal communication and at least 6 months of experience in international technical or customer support voice processes, with the ability to handle real-time voice calls.

We offer 5-day work weeks with two days off, rotating night shifts, cab facility, PF/ESI, health insurance, and clear career progression plans.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication is required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in any International Technical / Customer Support Voice Process.
• Any UG qualification/HSC/Diploma accepted.
• Immediate joiners are required and should be able to join within a month.

Responsabilités

• Handle real-time international voice calls with customers.
• Provide technical and customer support over the voice channel.
• Maintain quality and documentation of customer interactions.
