Job summary

IntouchCX in Hyderabad is seeking experienced professionals for our International Voice Process Customer Support team. The role requires at least 6 months in international voice or customer support, and C1-level English with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction while following processes and using multiple systems in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English with C1 proficiency.
