This is a work-from-office role with rotational night shifts, requiring strong collaboration with internal teams to meet KPIs and ensure a high-quality customer

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of total experience.
• Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.
• Excellent English communication and verbal skills.
• Comfortable working in a voice-based support environment.
• WFO from the Gurugram office location.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.

• Handle customer interactions through International Voice Process.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and process standards.

Role Overview

Hiring Customer Support Associates with strong experience in International Voice Process to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, provide accurate information, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, strong customer-handling ability, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant International Voice Process experience.
