• Deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently resolving customer queries, concerns, and service-related issues.
• Manage customer requests through multiple communication channels, including calls, chat, and email.
• Provide accurate information, effective resolutions, and a seamless customer experience.
• Identify customer requirements and offer relevant products, services, or solutions where applicable.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns and ensure timely escalation when required.
• Maintain accurate records and customer interaction details using relevant systems and MS Office applications.
• Consistently achieve key performance metrics, including AHT, SLA, Quality Scores, Customer Satisfaction, and Productivity.
• Demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven, and customer-centric environment.
