Wsne Consulting is hiring for multiple International Voice and Chat Process roles in Gurugram. We seek dynamic professionals with strong English communication for customer service, technical support, travel, and banking processes.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcomed. Night shifts are available, with rotational scheduling and a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences across voice, chat, and email channels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients across Voice, Chat, and Email channels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently resolving customer queries and service-related issues.
• Manage customer requests through multiple communication channels, including calls, chat, and email.
• Provide accurate information, effective resolutions, and a seamless customer experience.
• Identify customer requirements and offer relevant products, services, or solutions where applicable.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns and ensure timely escalation when required.
• Maintain accurate records and customer interaction details using MS Office applications.
• Consistently achieve key performance metrics, including AHT, SLA, Quality Scores, CSAT, and productivity.
• Demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
