Qualifications

• Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
• 0 to 5 years of experience in International BPO / International Voice Process / Customer Support / Blended Process preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through international voice, chat and email channels.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints and service-related issues professionally.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, compliance requirements and communication protocols.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication while interacting with international customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM / relevant systems.
• Meet defined SLA, CSAT, AHT, Quality and productivity targets.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team as per process guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism and patience while handling difficult customer situations.
• Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, depending on business requirements.
