Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in technical support / international voice process / customer support preferred.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, networking, printers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Good customer-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle international inbound voice calls from HP customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, printer, laptop, desktop, and connectivity issues.
• Provide step-by-step technical assistance and remote troubleshooting.
• Identify the root cause of customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant technical team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
• Follow HP technical support processes, quality standards, and escalation procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.
• Meet defined SLA, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
