Job summary

Anisha Global Services in Gurgaon (Cyber City) is seeking an International Technical Support Executive to provide hardware support for laptops, desktops and printers. You will assist international customers over voice calls and troubleshoot basic hardware issues, delivering excellent customer service.

Freshers are welcome; undergraduates with 6 months international voice process experience are also encouraged to apply. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are required.
