Exceledge Placements is looking for a driven inside sales professional to make cold calls, source candidates, and convert opportunities into closures. You will identify client needs, promote our services, and consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while handling US shift timing from India.

The role emphasizes strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills, with growth opportunities and a performance-based incentive structure in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or recruitment.
• Experience in cold calling, candidate sourcing, and closures.
• Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
