Emonics LLC in Noida is seeking candidates for IT recruitment roles focused on US markets. The position requires handling bench sales, telecalling and subscription-based service explanations. Night shifts IST are expected with five working days per week, onsite in Noida Sec 63.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication, sourcing skills, and ability to maintain databases while providing training and support to clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Fresher / experience in US IT Recruitment, Bench Sales Recruitment or BPO experience preferred.
• Strong in active and passive searches to source candidates.

Responsabilités

• Approach United States candidates and explain subscription-based services.
• Provide training, interview support, and on-job support after subscription.
• Maintain candidate databases daily.
• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.

• You need to explain all the services that we provide after taking a subscription like people like training we provide the interview support and on Jab support is well we have them and getting job at good pay Rate.
• Maintaining Databases daily.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess good interpersonal, interviewing, negotiation Skills.
• Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates.
• Maintain strong database of candidate for future requirements.
• Work Hours: Night Shift (IST)-6:00PM/6:30PM to 3:30AM/4:00AM, 5 days/week (Mon to Fri).
