Job summary

Qwikprint in Chennai, India, seeks an Export/Logistics coordinator to manage end-to-end export documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders, and book shipments for both FCL and LCL. The role tracks shipments to delivery and ensures compliance with LUT, invoicing, and GST refunds.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in exports or shipping documentation, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with DGFT portals. English and Hindi are mandatory; Telugu/Tamil are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years in exports, freight forwarding, or shipping documentation.
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi; Telugu and Tamil are nice to have.
• Comfortable with Excel and customs portals (DGFT).

Responsibilities

• Prepare export documents: invoice, packing list, shipping bill, bill of lading, certificate of origin.
• Work with freight forwarders and CHAs, compare quotes, pick the best.
• Book shipments, containers (FCL and LCL), and vessels.
• Track shipments and keep customers updated till delivery.
• Handle customs clearance and port issues.
• Research import rules, duties, and certifications per country.
• Keep LUT, invoicing, and GST refunds compliant.
• Follow up on export payments and bank documents.
