We operate leading online and mobile marketplaces in retail and wholesale trade, as well as cloud computing and other services. We provide technology and services to enable consumers, merchants, and other participants to conduct commerce in our ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical issues related to computer, printer, broadband, router, email, Mac, iPhone, iPad.
• Close own calls.
• Provide accurate resolution to customer issues.
• Work flexible night shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience troubleshooting the above technical issues.
• Ability to close own calls.
