Adeeba BPO in Kolkata invites applicants for a full-time Tech Support role handling software issues for international clients. You will troubleshoot problems, guide users through solutions, and ensure proper call closure with courteous service.

The ideal candidate has English fluency, minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO, HS pass or graduate, and solid basic computer knowledge. Flexible shifts, six days a week, salary paid on the 1st, and an attractive incentive policy are

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot software issues reported by international clients and guide users to resolution.
• Ensure proper call closure and high customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot device problems like activation lock, antivirus issues, and iOS/Android issues.

Job Roles:Customer will call you regarding the issues of the computer related to software issues like pop calls,error code messages,anti virus issues,issues of mac laptops,I pads and I phones like Activation lock,iPhone disable,I tunes etc the candidates needs to troubleshoot issues and charge an amount to fix up the issues.

Qualification: -English fluency should be very good.

Min 1 year exp of working in tech profile in an international BPO.

HS pass or any Graduate. –

Good communication skills and great convincing power.

Candidates must know how to close calls.

Candidates must have basic computer knowledge

Flexible to work in any shift and 6 days a week.
