Job | Inbound Tech Support for a Reputed Company in Kolkata - US Shift

Full‑time position providing inbound technical support in a leading online and mobile marketplace and cloud computing services company.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound technical support for customers across various platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer, printer, broadband, router, email, Mac, iPhone, iPad, and other hardware/software.
• Close calls independently and deliver accurate resolutions.
• Work flexible night shifts covering US shift timings.
• Meet service level objectives and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in inbound/outbound technical support in an international BPO.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and customer‑first approach.
• Ability to handle customer issues and provide accurate resolution.
• Experience with Mac, iPhone, iPad, and related troubleshooting.
• Good sales and convincing skills for outbound support.
• Immediate availability and willingness to work US night shift.
• No freshers.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed salary on the 1st of every month (₹15,000–₹22,000/month plus incentives).
• Salary negotiated based on experience and last/current CTC.
• 24 paid leaves per year plus compensatory offs and birthday leave.
