AdeebaEServicesPvt.Ltd is urgently hiring for an International Voice Process position for US shifts in Kolkata. Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO and must demonstrate proficiency in closing calls.

The ideal candidate will also possess good communication skills and experience in troubleshooting various technical issues. Competitive salaries between Rs. 15,000 to 22,000/month plus incentives are offered.

Desired skills:

• 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.
• Must know how to close their own calls.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, i-phone, i-pad.
• Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution.
• Should be flexible working in night shifts.
• No Freshers are Welcome.
• Salary - Negotiable (based on experience and last/current drawn CTC) plus attractive incentives.
