Inbound Tech Sales Executives for /US process – Fixed Salary

We operate leading online and mobile marketplaces in retail and wholesale trade, as well as cloud computing and other services. We provide technology and services to enable consumers, merchants, and other participants to conduct commerce in our ecosystem.

Desired skills and qualifications

• 1 or 2 years of experience in inbound/outbound technical support in an international BPO environment.
• Experienced in closing calls and providing accurate technical resolutions.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experienced troubleshooting technical issues related to computer, printer, broadband, router, email, Mac, iPhone, iPad.
• Ability to handle customer issues and provide accurate resolution.
• Flexibility to work night shifts (US Shift).
• Minimum 6–12 months of outbound tech support experience.
• Strong convincing and sales skills.

Salary and benefits

• Fixed salary on the 1st of every month in salary account.
• Target salary ₹15,000–22,000/month (fixed) plus large incentives.
• 24 leave days annually plus comp days and birthday leave.
• No shift extensions.
