In an International Voice Process, your work will mainly be:

• Answering calls from customers in countries like USA or Australia
• Helping them with:
  • Product questions
  • Service issues
  • Technical support
• Sometimes chatting with customers (calls only)

• Resetting a customer password
• Helping track an order
• Solving billing issues
