Job summary

Hirekra in Mumbai is seeking International Customer Support Executives to handle international voice calls. This role requires excellent English, strong communication, and the ability to provide professional customer support while maintaining call quality and meeting targets. Night shifts and rotational shifts are expected; prior international BPO experience is a plus.

Locations: Malad, Thane, Navi Mumbai; cab facility available and 2 weekly offs. This is a Mumbai-based on-site opportunity.
