Job summary

Tech Mahindra in India is seeking a candidate for an International Inbound Voice (B2C) role. You will handle inbound calls from a US telecom process, resolve queries, troubleshoot telecom issues, and document interactions with precision.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of relevant experience, strong English communication, and are comfortable night shifts. 5 days work week and cab facilities enhance the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Inbound Voice (B2C) process (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
