Job summary

Purview Services invites a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our overseas recruitment footprint. You will identify international employers, win recruitment contracts, and drive revenue through bulk hiring, training, and documentation services.

Work requires strong English communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and willingness to travel abroad to build and maintain global client relationships across GCC, Europe, and other regions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach international employers (Gulf, Europe).

• Develop revenue growth through bulk hiring, training, and documentation services.
• Maintain long-term relationships with foreign clients and ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify demand trends in GCC and other regions.
• Coordinate with recruiters, sourcing teams and visa/documentation teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
