Job summary

Alliance International Consulting Firm seeks an experienced International Business Development professional to drive growth in recruitment, staffing, executive search, and RPO services across US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and APAC markets.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in international BD, a proven revenue track record, and excellent English communication. MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing/BD is preferred, along with an existing network of HR leaders and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in International Business Development.
• Experience selling Recruitment, Staffing, Executive Search, or RPO services.
• Demonstrated success in international client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong exposure to US, UK, Europe, Middle East, or APAC markets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related field preferred.
• Experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) sales.
• Existing network of international HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and business decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international clients and partnerships.
• Drive revenue growth from global accounts and manage key relationships.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closing.
• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to tailor solutions.
• Monitor pipeline, forecast accurately, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
