Job description

ROLE

• – Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and attracting candidates to assessing, presenting qualified candidates, and managing offers.
• – Generate candidate pool and talent pipeline.
• – Leverage existing sources and databases to mine interested candidates.
• – Review resumes and screen candidates for role and company fit.
• – Present candidates to hiring managers in a detailed manner.
• – Formulate recruiting plans to maintain a healthy pipeline across positions.
• – Strengthen the visibility of Talent Acquisition and stay abreast of talent and recruiting trends.
• – Collaborate with the Marketing team to build and execute employer branding strategies.
• – Provide accurate and timely updates to stakeholders, including team updates, talent pipeline status, candidate communication, and hiring stages.
• – Contribute to organizational knowledge by sharing learnings and creating reusable assets.
• – Support various aspects of organization-building as opportunities arise.

REQUIREMENTS

• – Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Bachelor’s/Master’s in Psychology.
• – Familiarity with sourcing methodologies and talent mapping exercises.
• – Experience developing recruiting metrics and populating staffing dashboards.
• – Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation abilities.
• – Proven ability to manage a variety of stakeholders across levels.
• – Competencies in stakeholder engagement, problem solving, research, data analysis and synthesis, and collaboration.
