Job summary

Ambit Software is seeking a motivated Support Engineer Intern to join the IT Infrastructure & Applications team. You will assist in providing first-level technical support, troubleshooting Microsoft 365/O365 issues, and ensuring timely resolution of support tickets.

Responsibilities include monitoring tickets, analyzing queries, and escalating complex cases to L2 support. The role requires good communication skills and a willingness to learn in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Qualifications

• Freshers / 0–1 year experience
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
