Qualifications

• Freshers (0–1 year) eligible; no prior experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, B.Sc (Computers), BCA, MCA, or related fields.
• Basic exposure to Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or cloud training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and connectivity problems.
• Respond to user queries via calls, emails, and support tickets.
• Support users with Office 365, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• Create, update, and manage support tickets.
• Reset passwords and manage user accounts.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
• Document incidents and resolutions.
• Meet SLA timelines for issue resolution.
• Deliver excellent customer support and communication.
• Assist users with basic cloud platform access and related requests.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Associates to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and providing technical assistance to end users. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and support users in a UK-shift environment. Candidates with basic knowledge of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
