Job summary

Money View in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Recruitment Associate to screen resumes, conduct initial HR calls, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. The role also involves sourcing candidates through portals and LinkedIn, maintaining candidate records, and assisting in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.

Ideal candidates will have an HR-focused degree (BBA/MBA), strong communication and coordination skills, basic MS Excel knowledge, and a genuine interest
