Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee outbound activities and ensure timely deliveries. You will coordinate picking, packing, and loading, plan dispatches, and verify critical documents to prevent errors.

You will lead warehouse staff, monitor shipments in real time, and maintain inventory accuracy with the WMS while enforcing safety protocols during loading and transport.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outbound operations: Coordinate the picking, packing, and loading of goods.
• Manage dispatch scheduling: Plan transport routes and assign vehicle schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Verify documentation: Check invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and e-way bills for accuracy.
• Lead warehouse staff: Supervise loaders, packers, and data entry operators to maintain productivity.
• Track shipments: Monitor real-time transit status and resolve delivery delays with transporters.
• Maintain inventory accuracy: Reconcile physical stock with Warehouse Management System (WMS) records.
• Ensure safety compliance: Enforce warehouse safety protocols and secure cargo loading procedures.
