Job summary

Moshi Moshi is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee dispatch, data management, and stock movements. You will assign tasks, ensure timely loading of packages, and keep real-time updates in the WMS so frontline teams have a live view of stock.

You will drive inventory accuracy through routine counts and RCA, supervise QC to detect defects, and lead returns processing with a view to continuous process improvement and faster, safer material handling.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams and coordinating multi-step processes.
• Strong expertise in inventory management and stock integrity.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for real-time updates.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes.
• Attention to detail in quality control and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Review order volume and assign tasks to the team.

• Lead regular and cycle counts to match physical and digital records.

Job description

1. Dispatch & Data Management

• Review order volume and assigning tasks to the team.
• Ensure every package is labelled and loaded onto the carrier trucks on time.
• Update internal trackers and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in real-time so other teams have a live view of our stock.

2.Inventory & Quality Control

• Lead regular & cycle counts& (mini-audits) to make sure the physical stock on the shelves perfectly matches our digital records.
• Do RCA to find out why numbers don't match and fix any inventory leakages or errors.
• Supervise the Quality Check (QC) process to ensure every item is defect-free and packaged professionally.

3. Returns & Process Improvement

• Manage the & Returns Pendency& area by leading a team to quickly inspect and categorize returned items (restock, Salvage, or discard).
• Constantly improve the warehouse layout- like moving popular items to "hot zones& to make picking faster and more efficient.
• Ultimately showing leadership skills to handle any spikes
