Job summary

Delhivery is seeking to optimize warehouse operations at its Sriperumbudur site in Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on handling inbound and outbound shipments, sorting, scanning, loading, unloading and ensuring timely movement of parcels within SOPs and safety guidelines.

You will coordinate with Team Leaders and other departments, maintain inventory accuracy, generate daily reports, and help with manpower allocation and process improvements while aiming to meet daily productivity and TAT targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound shipment operations.
• Perform sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure accurate shipment processing and timely movement of parcels.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and system updates.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and documentation.
• Support manpower allocation and workflow management during shifts.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
• Report operational issues and assist in implementing process improvements.
