Job summary

Nua Woman is seeking a warehouse operations lead to oversee dispatch, data management, inventory control, and returns processing. The role involves coordinating tasks, ensuring accurate labeling and timely loading, and keeping WMS data up to date for real-time visibility.

Responsibilities include conducting cycle counts, root cause analysis for discrepancies, supervising QC, and continuously improving layout to speed up picking and handling spikes in demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and data management preferred.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review order volume and assign tasks to the team.
• Ensure every package is labelled and loaded onto carrier trucks on time.
• Update WMS in real-time so stock is visible to other teams.
• Lead regular and cycle counts to ensure stock matches digital records.
• Do RCA to fix inventory discrepancies and leakage.
• Supervise QC to ensure items are defect-free and well-packaged.
• Manage the Returns Pendency area by inspecting and categorizing returned items.
• Improve warehouse layout by moving popular items to hot zones to speed picking.
• Demonstrate leadership to handle spikes in demand and maintain service levels.

Job description

1. Dispatch & Data Management

• -Review order volume and assigning tasks to the team.
• -Ensure every package is labelled and loaded onto the carrier trucks on time.
• -Update internal trackers and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in
• real-time so other teams have a live view of our stock.

2. Inventory & Quality Control

• -Lead regular & cycle counts& (mini-audits) to make sure the physical stock on
• the shelves perfectly matches our digital records.
• -Do RCA to find out why numbers don't match and fix any inventory leakages
• or errors.
• -Supervise the Quality Check (QC) process to ensure every item is defect-free
• and packaged professionally.

3. Returns & Process Improvement

• -Manage the &Returns Pendency& area by leading a team to quickly inspect
• and categorize returned items (restock, Salvage, or discard).
• -Constantly improve the warehouse layout- like moving popular items to \"hot
• zones& to make picking faster and more efficient.
• Ultimately showing leadership skills to handle any spikes
