Job summary

Pon Pure in Malur, Karnataka is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound and outbound transactions, verify material and quantity accuracy, and maintain FIFO stock control in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires ensuring on-time vehicle loading with safety SOPs, daily stock and dispatch reporting, and strict adherence to SOPs and policies. You will coordinate with teams to optimize space, reduce costs, and support training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and stock control.
• Ability to prepare and review daily stock reports.
• Knowledge of FIFO and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound and outbound transactions.
• Verify outward documents and material entries.
• Ensure material/quantity accuracy for dispatches and receipts.
• Oversee vehicle loading with safety SOP compliance.
• Maintain FIFO stock and neat, systematic storage.
• Follow SOPs and company policies at all times.
• Tally physical stock with book stock daily.
• Prepare and send daily reports to concerned teams.
• Optimize space usage, control costs, and support training.

Job description

• Supervising all Inward and Outward Transactions.
• Verification of Outward documents & Material & updation of necessary entries.
• Ensuring correctness of Material, Qty etc. for all dispatches & inwards
• Ensuring loading of vehicles in TAT time with all safety precautions & SOP compliance.
• Ensuring correctness of Material, Qty etc. for all dispatches & inwards.
• Maintenance of Stocks in FIFO basis also to ensure the stocks are kept in a systematic way & neat & clean Labour work planning.
• Following SOP & all the Policies.
• Ensuring Physical Stock and book stock tallying.
• Ensuring all Report are updated on daily basis and to be sent in time to concerns.
• Optimum utilization of warehouse space, workers, Exploring Cost reductions, Training & developingteam etc.
