Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is hiring an Instrument Supervisor for plant maintenance and project activities in Vadodara. The role involves handling field instruments, PLC/DCS systems, calibration, preventive maintenance, commissioning, and shutdown support.

Key responsibilities include maintenance and calibration of field instruments (flow, pressure, level, temperature); PLC/DCS troubleshooting; erection and commissioning of control systems; reading P&IDs and electrical drawings; SAP PM usage; and

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering.
• 3-5 years experience in Chemical / Petrochemical plant.
• Fluent in English & Hindi; age below 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & calibration of field instruments (Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature, Weighing systems).
• PLC, DCS & automation system troubleshooting.
• Erection & commissioning of instruments & control systems.
• Preventive maintenance planning & breakdown handling.
• Reading P&ID, GA & electrical drawings.
• Implementation of LOTOTO & permit-to-work systems.
• SAP PM module for maintenance logging.
• Supervision of technicians & contractors.
