Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Vadodara is seeking an Instrument Supervisor for plant maintenance and project activities. You will supervise field instruments, PLC/DCS systems, calibrations, preventive maintenance and shutdown support.

You will read P&ID and electrical drawings, ensure LOTOTO/permit-to-work compliance, and coordinate SAP PM logging while supervising technicians and contractors.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering with 3–5 years in chemical/petrochemical plants.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS and field instrumentation.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & calibration of field instruments (Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature, Weighing systems).
• PLC, DCS & automation system troubleshooting.
• Erection & commissioning of instruments & control systems.
• Preventive maintenance planning & breakdown handling.
• Reading P&ID, GA & electrical drawings.
• Implementation of LOTOTO & permit-to-work systems.
• SAP PM module for maintenance logging.
• Supervision of technicians & contractors.
