Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Vadodara is seeking an Instrument Supervisor to maintain field instruments, manage PLC/DCS systems, and support commissioning and shutdown activities. The role requires hands-on calibration, preventive maintenance, and strong reading of P&ID/electrical drawings.

Ideal candidates hold BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation, 3–5 years in Chemical/Petrochemical plants, and fluent English/Hindi, with SAP experience preferred and age under 30.

• 3-5 years experience in Chemical/Petrochemical plant.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS and field instrumentation.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Age below 30 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & calibration of field instruments (Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature, Weighing).
• PLC, DCS & automation system troubleshooting.
• Erection & commissioning of instruments & control systems.
• Preventive maintenance planning & breakdown handling.
• Reading P&ID, GA & electrical drawings.
• Implementation of LOTOTO & permit-to-work systems.
• SAP PM module for maintenance logging.
• Supervision of technicians & contractors.
