Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Vadodara is seeking an Instrument Supervisor to oversee plant maintenance and project activities. The role involves handling field instruments, PLC/DCS systems, calibration, preventive maintenance, commissioning, and shutdown support.

The candidate will maintain and calibrate instruments, troubleshoot PLC/DCS, and supervise technicians and contractors to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Chemical/Petrochemical plants.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS and field instrumentation.
• SAP experience preferred (PM module).
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Age below 30 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and calibration of field instruments (Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature, Weighing systems).
• PLC, DCS and automation system troubleshooting.
• Erection and commissioning of instruments and control systems.
• Preventive maintenance planning and breakdown handling.
• Reading P&ID, GA and electrical drawings.
• Implementation of LOTOTO and permit-to-work systems.
• SAP PM module for maintenance logging.
• Supervision of technicians and contractors.
