Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy invites applications for an Instrument Supervisor role in Vadodara. The incumbent will oversee field instruments, PLC/DCS controls, calibration, and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities include maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and supervising technicians and contractors. Fluency in English and Hindi is required, with SAP PM exposure preferred and exposure to chemical/petrochemical environments advantageous.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Chemical/Petrochemical plant environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS and field instrumentation.
• SAP experience in PM module is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Age below 30 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and calibration of field instruments (Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature, Weighing systems).
• Troubleshooting of PLC, DCS and instrument control systems.
• Erection and commissioning of instruments and control systems.
• Preventive maintenance planning and breakdown handling.
• Reading P&ID, GA and electrical drawings.
• Implementing LOTOTO and permit-to-work systems.
• SAP PM logging for maintenance activities.
• Supervision of technicians and contractors.
