Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking an Instrument Supervisor for a chemical/petrochemical plant in Vadodara. The role involves maintenance and calibration of field instruments, PLC/DCS troubleshooting, and commissioning of control systems. You will oversee technicians and coordinate shutdown activities.

The ideal candidate has a BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong English/Hindi communication. SAP PM experience is preferred and age is ideally under 30.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering required.
• 3-5 years experience in Chemical/Petrochemical plant.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS & field instrumentation.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Fluent in English & Hindi.
• Age below 30 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & calibration of field instruments (Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature).
• PLC, DCS & automation system troubleshooting.
• Erection & commissioning of instruments & control systems.
• Preventive maintenance planning & breakdown handling.
• Reading P&ID, GA & electrical drawings.
• Implementation of LOTOTO & permit-to-work systems.
• SAP PM module for maintenance logging.
• Supervision of technicians & contractors.
