Development & Quality Oversight

• Translate program requirements (from QPs, SSCs, and government mandates) into structured content development

plans.

• Establish frameworks and templates that ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance.
• Lead creation of Participant Handbooks, Faculty Guides, PPTs, assessments, and training aids.
• Review and refine content for accuracy, accessibility, and learner engagement.
• Ensure every output meets quality benchmarks and client/SSC guidelines.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of content writers, editors, and instructional designers
• Build a high-performance content ecosystem
• Drive capability building and continuous skill enhancement

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with subject matter experts, research heads, and government/industry stakeholders.
• Ensure content accuracy, contextual alignment, and adherence to sectoral standards.

Knowledge Systems & Repository

• Build a centralized content repository
