Job summary

DMart is seeking a seasoned Training Needs Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement professional to lead TNI, stakeholder collaboration, and role‑based curricula across stores, DCs and head office functions.

You will partner with function heads and SMEs to define priorities, observe operations, map workflows, and develop measurable learning objectives, trainer guides, SOPs, and assessments for classroom and e-learning as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, content writing, curriculum development, or learning and development (L&D).
• Strong foundational knowledge of adult learning principles, Andragogy, the ADDIE model, Blooms Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model.
• Hands‑on experience or familiarity with e‑learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Training Needs Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

• Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and skill-gap analyses for roles across Stores, Distribution Centres (DCs), and Head Office functions.
• Partner with Function Heads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define role‑specific learning priorities and business objectives.
• Conduct field visits to Stores and DCs to observe work environments, ask targeted questions, map process interlinkages, and capture best practices and challenges.

Curriculum & Content Design

• Design comprehensive, role‑based curricula structured with clear, measurable learning objectives.
• Develop engaging learning content, including Trainer Guides, Participant Manuals, SOPs, and Assessments, utilizing adult learning principles and varied instructional strategies (e.g., storytelling, scenarios, case studies) for both Classroom and E- Learning formats as required.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

• Refine learning modules based on pilot feedback, SME inputs, and functional performance metrics.
• Ensure on‑time delivery and deployment of training initiatives aligned with key business priorities.
• Maintain strict version control and routinely update training materials to reflect operational and process changes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in instructional design, content writing, curriculum development, or learning and development (L&D).
• Instructional Design Frameworks: Strong foundational knowledge of adult learning principles, Andragogy, the ADDIE model, Blooms Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model.
• Authoring Tools: Hands‑on experience or familiarity with e‑learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate) is a distinct advantage.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
