Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Instructional Designer for Digital Learning based in Bengaluru, India. You will transform complex content into engaging eLearning modules and instructor-led materials, collaborating with SMEs and global teams.

You will design using Storyline 360, Rise 360, and PowerPoint, support content publishing workflows, and apply AI-enabled approaches to improve learning effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Instructional Design with hands-on Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Strong understanding of eLearning design, instructor-led training design, learning objectives, content chunking, storyboarding, and learner engagement techniques.
• Experience developing instructional videos, multimedia assets, and visually polished learning materials.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating clear, structured, and professional learning content.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with SMEs, stakeholders, and global delivery teams.

Job Summary:

As an Instructional Designer for Digital Learning, you will be responsible for transforming complex content into engaging, scalable learning experiences for global delivery teams. Your typical day will involve designing eLearning modules, developing instructor-led training materials, collaborating with subject matter experts, and creating polished multimedia-enabled learning content using tools such as Storyline 360, Rise 360, and PowerPoint. You will also support content publishing workflows, apply strong visual design practices, incorporate feedback, and use modern AI-enabled approaches to improve learning effectiveness and quality.
