Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with automation components selection and BOM preparation.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation system designs including electrical schematics and control architecture.
• Select PLCs, sensors, motors, actuators, and HMIs per project needs.
• Create wiring diagrams and layouts with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
• Maintain design docs, BOMs, and revision histories.
• Prepare cost estimates covering materials, labor and overhead.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and pricing.
• Generate project proposals with technical design and cost estimates.
• Provide technical support to clients and teams during discussions.

Designation: Design & Estimation Engineer

Job Responsibility

• Develop automation system designs, including electrical schematics, control system architecture, and integration plans.
• Select appropriate components like PLCs, sensors, motors, actuators, and HMIs based on project requirements.
• Create detailed wiring diagrams and layouts using tools like AutoCAD Electrical, or EPLAN.
• Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including technical specifications, BOM (Bill of Materials), and revision histories.
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, including materials, labor, and overheads.
• Work with suppliers to obtain quotations for components and negotiate prices.
• Generate detailed project proposals, including technical design and cost estimations.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams during project discussions and implementation.
• Perform organizational working procedure on ERP System

Qualification: DIP./B. E. Electrical/Instruments & Control / Electronics & Communication

Exp: 2 to 5 yrs. Experience in Industrial Automation Application

Salary: 30K CTC to 45K CTC
