Airpay Payment Services Pvt. Ltd seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to drive revenue in the fintech space, focusing on D2C merchants and platforms like Shopify, Wix, and WooCommerce.

Responsibilities include cold calling, lead qualification, onboarding, and strong stakeholder relationship management. You will work across cities including Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, and Bangalore, with emphasis on building a robust pipeline and maintaining CRM data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or similar field required.

Responsibilities

• Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Qualifying and disqualifying inbound leads received through various platforms in a highvolume environment using calls.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Ensuring a seamless onboarding of the merchant on the platform.
• Making sure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system on regular basis.
• Build stickiness with the Client by managing more of the Clients transaction processes and continuously propose solutions that meet their objectives.
