Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Every day book meetings, make back-to-back calls, research your prospects and review sales plays.
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
• Understanding the needs of the customers and submitting quotations in line with the requirements and follow-ups.
• Co-ordination with the Purchase and SCM teams for Stock information & maintaining delivery tracker report and escape incase of any delays.
• The inside sales executive's responsibilities include updating the CRM / SAP system on a regular basis, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
• Attend industry events and educational workshops or trainings as required.
• To submit reports as per the requirement of the Management.
• Organize internal team meetings & coordination.
• Focus on enhancing cross selling of Products, Services & solutions sales in line with the LOBs of Conquer Technologies.
• Account management.
• On-boarding net new customers for Conquer Technologies.
• Payments to be followed and timely payments to be collected from customers.
• MA Sales Team reports to be consolidated and submission.
• Work with Pre-sales team, if required for Demos & POCs
