• Handle customer enquiries and freight quotation requests for Air and Ocean shipments.
• Follow up with prospects on quotations and convert enquiries into business.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers and identify opportunities for additional business.
• Track competitors, market trends, and prevailing freight rates.
• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and conversions to the reporting manager.
