ClearDekho Eyewear Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Executive for Business Development based in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. The role involves conducting introductory calls, maintaining follow-ups with prospects, and creating a strong pipeline of leads.

The ideal candidate should be a graduate or postgraduate with 1+ years of experience in sales or tele-calling. Strong communication skills and effective follow-up abilities are essential. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM to 2:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience with a sales/tele calling background.
• Experience as an Inside Sales Executive or in a related field.
• Ability to make initial sales pitches effectively.

JD – INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Conducting introductory calls and make the initial sales pitch to the prospects.
• Maintain strong follow up with the prospects.
• Arrange meetings both online & offline with Franchise Development Managers.
• Create a strong pipeline of warm leads.
• Closely work with Franchise Development Managers in achieving monthly targets.
• Follow up with clients for timely payment collection.
• Collection of documents as per the check list for signing of Franchise Agreement.
• Inter departmental coordination to be done for timely opening of the outlets.
• Other duties & responsibilities assigned from time to time by the management.
• Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 1 year or above of relevant experience with a sales/tele calling background (Female Candidates Preferred).
• Experience as an Inside Sales Executive or in related field.
• Good experience in conducting calls and make the initial sales pitch to the prospects.
• Proficiency in creating a strong pipeline of warm leads.
• Effective calling skills and the ability to maintain strong follow up with the prospects.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

Monday – Friday : 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
1st & 3rd Saturday : 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
2nd & 4th Saturday : 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
